I purchased Struckd products through the App Store but did not receive them. What can I do?

We are sorry you encountered with your purchase. Orders typically arrive right away, however, in some instances, it takes longer. When there are such delays, it indicates the transaction is still being handled. However, there's no need to worry because most likely it will come soon. You can close the app and open it again to see if the purchased product is available in your account. 

In rare cases, you may not receive the product you bought when purchasing on your mobile device. This can happen if your internet connection is lost or unstable during the payment process. However, there's no need to worry because we're here to assist you in getting the product you purchased. Please check your iTunes purchase history to find out if your purchase is pending, has been canceled, or approved. Note: If the transaction is still shown as 'Pending', it means Apple hasn't yet processed the purchase on their end.
