At the top right corner of this website you can see a button called "Submit a request". Upon clicking on it, you can submit your request to us. All the next steps should be pretty straight forward, but in case you need some additional friendly steps:
1. Choose an issue from the drop-down
- General: Found any issue while playing Struckd? Choose this option to report a bug. You can also use this one for other topics, such as providing us with some feedback.
- Purchase: For anything related to premium assets, pro-subscription, and/or purchases.
- Report: You can use this one to report users or games created in the app.
2. Enter your email address
Preferably the one linked to your Struckd account. Please make sure to enter a valid email address, otherwise you won't be notified about our response.
3. Fill in the "Subject" and "Description" fields.
If you're reporting a bug, we kindly ask you to share as much information as possible. You can also attach screenshots and videos at the bottom. In case you're reporting a game, please don't forget to choose a category from the "Report Category" drop-down.
