On Discord, other community members will also have the chance to see and respond to your feedback. This is extremely important, because it help us to identify what's the community perspective towards certain topics.
Alternatively, you can also reach out to us via email or support ticket through this platform (you can find more information on how to create a ticket here), and we will get back to you within the next 48 hours. You can also use any of the aforementioned options to report any issues affecting your Struckd experience
In addition to that, we also collect and reply to all the suggestions we receive via store reviews (play store & app store) and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok). We will always read and acknowledge all the feedback you provide, regardless of which platform you decide to use :)
